The company was formerly known as RM Group Holdings Limited and listed on the Growth Enterprise Market ("GEM") of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("Stock Exchange") since 11 October 2013. On 20 November 2015, the listing of the shares of the Company has been transferred from the GEM to the Main Board of the Stock Exchange.
The Company principally engaged in the sales, marketing and distribution of health and beauty supplements and products in Hong Kong and the PRC.
